Building Dreams Foundation is a youth-driven, multi-state non-profit organization founded in August 2016 in Dehradun, Uttarakhand and registered in February 2017 under Section 8 Company, Central Government of India. The core areas of our work are in the realm of Food, Education, Environment and Empowerment. We are a growing family of 40 full-time volunteers and over 150 part-time volunteers and interns from across the world. We operate out of seven centers in three states – Uttarakhand, Bihar and Bengal.

                  Building Dreams Foundation (BDF) promotes the social development of disadvantaged children and communities. Our NGO’s mission is to serve the most vulnerable populations in India, poor children, and adolescents. Our goal is to transform students’ lives through the mediums of music, art, technology, and academic studies. We prepare students for adult life to become productive members of society who serve as role models who inspire others within their communities.

                     We work on 5 social issues: -

1.    Promoting and providing Education to every child.

2.    Providing food to every hungry and malnourished child.

3.    Water Harvesting Techniques implementation.

4.    Promoting Women Empowerment and generating employment.

5.    Plantation through Hydroponics and Aquaponics

Our core values include justice, equality, critical thinking, cooperation, and respect for people and the environment. These values underlie the culture of BDF.
