Womenite is a non-profit organization based in New Delhi, where we are conducting educational workshops and campaigns on issues like child sexual abuse, gender and menstrual hygiene. So far, we have worked with over 500+ schools, colleges and slum communities, thus impacting over 2,00,000 students and women. 

During the COVID19 pandemic, Womenite has so far distributed over 2000 ration kits and served meals to over 5000 people! We initiated #EndPeriodPoverty campaign to distribute sanitary napkins to the girls and women in need. Glad to share that we have distributed over 7 lakhs sanitary napkins for free impacting over 50,000 girls and women. For the same, we associated with various stakeholders like Delhi Commission for Women (with various Mahila Panchayats), DCPCR, District Magistrate, MLAs, Member of Parliament, etc.

4) Highly-commended runners-up for Queen's Young Leader Award 2018 

Working on #EndPeriodPoverty campaign to provide free sanitary napkins to girls and women impacted by Covid19, have distributed 8 lakhs sanitary napkins so far impacting over 60,000 community members across 12 states.
